Korean Mask and Patch Manufacturer: ADWIN Korea Profile

ADWIN Korea’s OEM/ODM profile for procurement teams: masks, patches, cleansing and skincare, C&Tech’s factory specialties, listed certifications and export record.

ADWIN Korea is a relevant OEM/ODM and private-label partner for overseas brands and retailers developing masks, patches, cleansing tissues and related skincare. Its manufacturing base has distinct specialties: gel masks and patches at Pyeongtaek 1, sheet-mask constructions at Pyeongtaek 2, and cleansing tissues and pads at Hwaseong. Product format and intended production site are therefore useful starting points for procurement evaluation.

The product and manufacturing descriptions in this profile are ADWIN’s own, not independent findings. ADWIN works with customers from product idea to delivery, while its wholly owned subsidiary, C&Tech, runs R&D and manufacturing. Its production network includes Korean sites and a separate facility in Suzhou, China.

Masks and patches: gel structures, shapes and printing

Hydrogel and dry-gel formats

ADWIN’s Hydrogel Masks for Private Label range includes several distinct structures:

  • Pure Gel: A transparent, clear base that can be combined with other materials.
  • Petal Gel: Gel containing visible natural materials, with examples including calendula, green tea, lavender and rose.
  • Duo Gel: Two gels within one mask, intended for different areas.
  • MG:gel: A dry-type gel mask made using ADWIN’s patented process.

Shapes include integrated full-face masks, separate upper- and lower-face pieces, under-eye designs and lip formats. Under-eye options include goggle, C-type, symmetric and wing shapes. Multi-patch designs include moons, stars and flowers.

Packaging is listed by application. Pouches and two-step pouches cover face, eye-zone and lip formats. Trays are listed for face and lip products, eye trays for bulk or single-pair formats, and jars for eye-zone products and patches. Molded containers are also listed for lips. These are application-specific pairings, not a universal packaging menu for every gel structure.

Printed elastic gel, Rainbow:Gel and printed sheets

The Printed Masks and Patches for Private Label range distinguishes the underlying construction as well as the artwork.

FormatConstructionListed areas and examples
Printed elastic gelPrinted sheet on elastic gelUnder-eye, eye-zone, bust and buttocks formats; a carnival-look eye gel mask concept
Rainbow:GelPrinted mesh between hydrogel layersFull-face, patch, eye-zone and lip formats, with a multicolor appearance through the gel
Printed sheetPrint on sheet materialFruit sheet masks, watermelon pads and avocado under-eye masks

Rainbow:Gel lists pouch or tray packs. The broader eye-patch range includes single-pair pouches, multi-pair trays and jars, but those packs are not assigned to every printed construction. A printed elastic-gel patch and a printed hydrogel patch are separate development choices, not simply different artwork on the same product.

Cleansing and skincare: concrete development concepts

Cleansing tissues, remover pads and other cleansers

ADWIN’s Cleansing Products for Private Label range includes Perfect Deep Clean Cleansing Wipes, a water-based concept, and Perfect Deep Clean Lip & Eye Remover Pads, an oil-based concept. ADWIN also shows wipe and pad surfaces combining a scratch or embossed side with a flat side.

Beyond tissues and pads, the range includes these formula and packaging pairings:

ConceptListed textureListed packaging
Micellar Cleansing WaterFresh-water textureBottle
Lotus Root Cleansing MilkSticky milk texturePump container
Hyaluronic Cleansing BalmMoist balm textureJar or grinding container

These are separate development concepts. The listed packaging belongs to each concept rather than applying interchangeably across the cleanser range.

PDRN skincare

ADWIN’s PDRN Skincare for Private Label page distinguishes salmon-derived and plant-derived concepts. Salmon-derived examples include PDRN Glow Milky Essence Toner, PDRN Peptide Booster Ampoule and PDRN Repair Jelly Cream.

Plant-derived concepts include sea buckthorn, marine, green bean, rose and banana sources. The banana series spans a foaming cleanser, milky essence toner, glow ampoule and bouncy jelly cream. These provide concrete formats for a related skincare program alongside masks or patches.

These descriptions identify formulation concepts, not established finished-product benefits. C&Tech’s newsletter expressly distinguishes descriptions of materials and formulas from efficacy guarantees.

Who makes the products: C&Tech’s manufacturing network

The ADWIN Korea Manufacturing Profile identifies C&Tech as the manufacturing subsidiary and sets out the factory specialties, listed certifications and company milestones below.

Factory specialties and listed certifications

Production siteListed specialtiesListed certifications
Pyeongtaek 1, KoreaSkincare, gel masks, patches and pouchesCGMP, ISO 22716, IFS HPC
Pyeongtaek 2, KoreaTube products and facial masks, including sheet, multi-step, oxygen-bubble, foil, printed, 3D, eye-zone and multi-use formatsCGMP, ISO 22716, IFS HPC
Hwaseong, KoreaFacial cleansing tissues, cleansing pads, nasal strips, and hand and foot productsISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22716
Suzhou, ChinaMG:gel, hydrogel masks, micro needle patches, spot patches, hand and foot masks, and cleansing tissuesISO 22716, ISO 9001, ISO 14001

For Korean manufacture, Pyeongtaek 1 is the listed specialty site for gel masks, patches and skincare. Pyeongtaek 2 covers the broader sheet-mask and tube-product range. Hwaseong specializes in cleansing tissues and pads. Suzhou is a Chinese production site, not a Korean manufacturing location.

French EVE VEGAN factory certification also appears in the profile’s quality history. That entry is not allocated to an individual site in the profile and is separate from the site-specific listings above.

Export and development record

ADWIN was established in 1999, followed by C&Tech in 2003. Its export milestones include a USD 50 million Export Tower award in December 2024. The profile also records participation in Cosmoprof Miami, COSME Week Japan and Cosmoprof Bangkok in 2025.

MG:gel was developed using ADWIN’s own technology in 2017 and selected as a World-class Product of Korea in 2021. This is a development milestone, not evidence of product efficacy.

The project scope extends from the initial idea to final product delivery. For skincare, the manufacturing process includes bulk manufacturing, filling, packing and shipping.

Procurement fit and checks before commissioning

ADWIN’s clearest fit is a brand or retailer building a mask, patch, cleansing tissue or pad program around those factory specialties. Its skincare concepts also support briefs that extend beyond a standalone mask or patch. A Korean-origin requirement makes the distinction between the Korean factories and Suzhou material to supplier selection.

Before commissioning, consolidate the remaining checks into one brief:

  • Intended production site and country of manufacture.
  • Current certificate validity and scope for the site and product, including any vegan requirement.
  • Formula specifications and ingredient-source documentation, including the selected PDRN concept where relevant.
  • Compatibility of product structure, packaging and pack count.
  • Artwork specifications and rights to patterns or licensed characters.
  • Target-market labeling and supporting documentation requirements.

Submit the OEM/ODM brief to ADWIN with the chosen product format, packaging, intended market and required documentation. This gives the development discussion a concrete starting point tied to the relevant factory specialty.
